1. The "Pledge and Hold" Mechanism

When a contractor pledges to join the Vanguard Founding Member tier, their payment method is securely vaulted using a Stripe SetupIntent. No funds are captured immediately. Ayrianna will only execute a charge against the vaulted payment method once the platform reaches a minimum threshold of exactly 75 verified Vanguard Members. If this goal is not met, the campaign is cancelled, the vaulted payment methods are discarded, and no contractor is charged.

2. Background Check Contingency

Platform access is strictly contingent upon passing a comprehensive Checkr criminal background check and verifying your Florida DBPR license and commercial insurance. By pledging, you agree to submit to this background check. If you fail the background check or cannot verify your business credentials, your pledge will be voided and your account will be rejected.

3. The Lifetime Renewal Discount

As a Vanguard Member, you are entitled to a permanent, lifetime discount of $50 off the standard annual background reverification fee. This is a flat $50 discount applied every year, with no stipulations, regardless of what the standard reverification fee rises to in the future.

4. Use of Funds

You acknowledge and agree that 100% of the net proceeds from the Vanguard initiation fee will be deployed into a shared marketing budget (including direct mail and digital advertising) intended to benefit the platform and its founding members. As such, once the 75-member threshold is met and your payment method is charged, the initiation fee is strictly non-refundable.

5. Account Termination

Ayrianna reserves the right to suspend or terminate any contractor account that fails a subsequent annual background check, lets their commercial insurance lapse, or receives overwhelming negative feedback from consumers indicating a violation of trust.
