Refund Policy

1. Zero Risk Pledge Phase

When you make a Vanguard Pledge, your card is vaulted but not charged. If we do not reach the 75-contractor minimum to unlock the marketing war chest, your vaulted card is deleted and you are not charged anything. There is zero risk in pledging.

2. Post-Funding Strict Non-Refundable Policy

Once the 75-contractor minimum is reached and your vaulted card is charged for the $300 or $375 Vanguard initiation fee, the transaction becomes strictly non-refundable. Because 100% of these funds are immediately deployed into third-party advertising (commercial direct mail printing, Facebook Ads, etc.), we cannot offer refunds. We cannot "un-print" a postcard or "un-run" a digital ad.

3. Background Check Denials

If you pledge to join the platform but fail the mandatory Checkr background check or cannot provide proof of valid Florida DBPR licensing and commercial insurance, your pledge will be voided. If your card has already been charged, you will be issued a full refund, and your spot on the platform will be offered to a replacement contractor.

4. Annual Renewal Fees

Your annual background reverification fee (which is discounted by $50 for life for Vanguard members) is billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel your Ayrianna membership at any time to avoid future charges. However, partial or pro-rated refunds for the current year are not provided under any circumstances.
